Zachary Warner

Zachary Warner is the Assistant Commissioner for the Office of State Assessment at the New York State Education Department. In this role, he oversees the coordination, development and administration of assessments within the New York State Testing Program which serves 2.6 million students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. Dr. Warner has previously worked as a psychometrician and education researcher for New York State and began his career as a high school mathematics teacher. He holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University at Albany.
